Our general, medical affairs and business development inquiry forms are hosted on galt.forms-db.com by MachForm, the form service we use to receive them. Our franchise enquiry form is hosted by Less Annoying CRM, the customer relationship system we use to receive and respond to your message. Our open positions are listed through BambooHR, our applicant tracking system. With this on, each one is embedded directly in our pages, and those providers may set their own cookies for security, routing and session purposes when the embed loads.
Turn this off and nothing will be embedded on this Site, and none of those providers will be contacted or able to set cookies as our pages load. You can still reach every form and see every open position: we show a link that opens the identical page on the provider's own site in a new tab, and anything you submit reaches us exactly the same way.
